Four Main Hair Secrets

Wet Hair Woes

Here’s a way to leave the house with damp hair
and style!
If hair is wet, run styling lotion or gel throughout. Spritz hair spray onto a brush and brush hair back, letting the sides curve down. Finish with more spray. Never go to bed with wet hair! No, I’m not kidding! What do mouthwash, fabric softener, and wine have to do with hair? They’re unconventional hair treatments that really work! Read on!
Red Wine
Neutralize the green color caused by chlorine by dabbing a little red wine onto the hair. Use it as a precaution before entering the pool. Use it before shampooing.
Mouthwash
Mix 1/4 cup mouthwash with 1 cup water. Apply to scalp as a cleanser. Use after shampooing.
DO NOT RINSE OUT
Fabric Softener
The best leave-in conditioner is none other than laundry room fabric softener. It’s very strong, so be sure to dilute it.

Suggestion:

1 cup water, 1/2 cup fabric softener. Experiment with different softener scents for your
own personal hair “signature.” Save $$$$$ over expensive hair products!
