People Remain Worry About Thier Over Weight And height:

Here are some question from differenent kind of people about over weight and height and i am giving the best answer as i can.

Q: My age is 20 and my weight is 50kg. Please tell me my correct weight and a diet plan that I should follow.Julie Ane Hilor

A: You have not mentioned your height. Without knowing your exact height, it is impossible to calculate the height to weight ratio of any person. But if you possess an average height then a 50kg body-weight is within the normal range. Considering these facts at this stage, you are suggested to begin a moderate general physical exercise to keep your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) at its effective levels. For main meals consume a balanced diet, with a major share of fresh vegetables and fruits along with pasta and chapatti. Add an egg to your breakfast thrice a week. Go for dry fruits for snacks.

Q: I am 31 years old. My height is 5 feet 10 inches and weight 96kg. I have a lot of fat around my tummy whilst my arms and legs are quite thin. I want your advice if you could suggest something to me. Ricky Martin

A: A 96kg body weight with your height shows that excess fat is not only stored in your abdominal region but you have gained an over-all fat deposition in your body. I would suggest the following exercises to you (the best exercise you can do for your stomach is jogging or walking and swimming). Eat 5-6 smaller meals a day; this can be done by making your 3 regular meals smaller and adding healthy snacks between your existing meals. Don't completely change your diet at once; start by eating the same foods you are used to, only go for healthier versions of those. Eat a whole meal and wholegrain bread instead of regular white bread. When possible, eat pasta and brown rice, low-fat milk products, egg whites as well as lean meat and tuna. Stay away from foods that you know are bad for you; cut down on sweets, cakes, pastries and soft drinks. Choose brands that contain less saturated fats. Consume fruits, whole grains, vegetables, nuts, and lean protein on daily basis. Drink a lot of water.

Q: I am a 24-year-old man, with height and weight 5 feet 5 inches and 93kg respectively. Please suggest a way to reduce weight. Gul Hameed

A: You should make slight changes in your everyday lifestyle. Eat sensibly, and be aware of what you are putting into your stomach. Be generally cautious; eating fried foods and avoiding sweets will help you lose weight. Eat only at the dinner table, not on the couch or in front of television. Once you make a time table, you'll cut down on snacks. Don't get too comfortable while eating. Always sit straight on the chair. Eat an average of five small meals a day, instead of 2 or 3 large ones. Drink a lot of water. This reduces hunger pangs and gives you more energy. If you want to reduce weight permanently, you've got to take it slow. It may even take a year to attain your desired weight – that's fine, because you've got a greater chance of maintaining it. Jogging for 20 to 30 minutes on an empty stomach can greatly help you lose weight.

Q: I am a 21-year-old girl. My height is 5 feet 4 inches and weight 58kg. I have a good body shape. How can I make my clavicles (the beauty bone) more prominent? My shoulders are narrow and I also want to increase a few inches on my height. Please help. Sara

A: To understand how to build up a beauty bone you must first understand what muscles comprise the chest and how to target them specifically. For building a strong, powerful chest region along with the clavicle bones, you have to target a number of muscles: the Pectoralis Major and Minor, and to a lesser degree the Serratus Anterior, the Intercostals and the Front Deltoids. Targeted exercise includes the bench press (Incline bench press: 3 Sets; dumbbell bench press: 3 Sets, and Lateral Fly: 2 Sets); push-ups, and dips. I would recommend you use a workout log to record your progress so you know what you have to beat each time. For an increase in height you are advised chin-ups (three sets of ten each) at least thrice a week.
Q: I am 20 years old. My height is 5 feet 10 inches and weight 76kg. I don’t have time to exercise; can you please help me in losing extra kilos. I keep feeling hungry from time to time. Please suggest a diet plan that could work for me. Alan Cox

A: Considering your height to weight ratio your ideal body weight should be between 64 to 68kg. If you manage your caloric intake you can easily manage to bring yourself to your desired body weight. For this you must eat whole grain products and plenty of salads for main meals; you must quit all kinds of sweet dishes. For breakfast, eat a bowl of oatmeal with low-fat milk. Make a smoothie with a banana or a handful of blueberries or grapes; add a cup of low-fat milk or yogurt or orange juice along with a few ice cubes. This type of dieting will maintain your health and reduce the excess weight.

Q: I got sick and went to the doctor for a diagnosis recently. Just out of curiosity, I asked him why I felt like I was gaining weight. He said, “If you smoke cigarettes and then quit, you will feel that you are gaining weight, because once you stop smoking your metabolism goes high, and you feel hungrier.” Is that right?Nena blue

A: Yes, some studies have concluded that those who successfully quit smoking may gain weight. Weight-gain is not likely to negate the health benefits of smoking, but its cosmetic effects may interfere with attempts to quit. In 2009, it was found that smoking over-expresses a gene which stimulates lipolysis (metabolically it is the breakdown of triglycerides into free fatty acids within cells). Which is the possible reason why ceasing to smoke leads to weight gain. In fact, cigarette smoking increases a person's metabolic rate in part of the body by forcing the heart to beat faster. The heart may beat ten to twenty times more in a minute for a period of time. When we stop smoking, the heart rate slows down causing a decrease in the metabolic rate.

  1. Quit Smoking Hypnosis can help you manage your cravings and boost your response to smoking cessation medical counseling and treatments. Smoking is also a biological addiction, for which you may require the care of a medical professional to help you deal with physical withdrawal symptoms.
